Dr. Kim Germany brings 30 years of experience leading instructional improvement, developing leaders, and improving student outcomes across Kâ12 systems. Her work is grounded in both research and practice, with a strong focus on emotional leadership, instructional leadership, and sustainable school improvement. As a former principal, district leader, and current CEO, she has led teams through high-pressure environments requiring strong emotional resilience, effective decision-making, and consistent leadership presence. She has designed and implemented leadership development programs that address teacher efficacy, burnout, and system alignment, key factors impacting both staff well-being and student success. Through her work with AchieveNow, Dr. Germany has coached and supported leaders across diverse contexts, equipping them with practical, job-embedded strategies to strengthen instruction, build resilient teams, and lead meaningful change.
