Who is Bonnie Spencer?

Bonnie Spencer is a proud advocate and consultant in Early Childhood Education with over 20 years of experience in infant and toddler development, trauma-informed care, brain development, and social-emotional learning. She owns EIC Training in Queens, NY, where she designs research-based programs for educators. As a Regional Coordinator for the New York State Pyramid Model team, she advances best practices through training, coaching, and technical assistance. Passionate about professional development, Bonnie collaborates nationally on various projects to enhance early education. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the city with her dog, Snarf.
