Leading a Head Start program has never been more complex—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. The MHSA Directors’ Circle is a monthly community of practice designed to connect Head Start directors with peers who understand the challenges, uncertainties, and rewards of leading a program today.

Guided by Kristen Hayes, monthly meetings will focus on meaningful community-building, skill development, and practical problem-solving. Come with questions, leave with new ideas and a community to lean on.

Join us for an in-person kick off October 29th before the MHSA Conference Leadership Day, then virtually from 10:30am-11:30am on the following Fridays, with one in-person meeting to be determined.
