Judy Pineda Neufeld’s ability to see multiple sides of an issue stems from her background growing up in an environment that truly celebrated diversity. As a Jewish-Mexican-American woman and daughter of two immigrant parents, she brings a keen understanding of equity, inclusion, and cultural competency to the work.

Judy holds degrees from top universities – her MBA from Crummer School of Business at Rollins College, and her BA from Tufts University. She is an elected City Councilor in Somerville, Massachusetts in her second term. Judy is also a new mom to the cutest one year-old in Somerville.
