Directors Retreat:
*Please note: This session is open to Massachusetts CEOs/EDs, program directors, and deputy directors.
You do so much to support the well-being of your staff - now it's our turn to support you! CEOs/EDs, program directors, and deputy directors are invited to join a 2-hour "mini retreat" in which we will connect with one another, celebrate our shared commitment to Head Start, and flex our creativity. Participants will be asked to reflect on opportunities and challenges impacting our work, while engaging in a variety of creative activities - come ready to play with paint, glue, markers and more! P.S. To "retreat," we will be encouraging a device-free 2-hours.
